*Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Spanish Teacher to join our nursery at either our Ashby or Ravenstone site. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Spanish language and culture, with the ability to engage students in interactive and immersive learning experiences. You will also have experience working with children age 0-4 and some familiarity with the EYFS would be beneficial.

*Duties*

- Plan and deliver dynamic Spanish lessons to students of varying proficiency levels and ages

- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate cultural elements of Spanish-speaking countries- adapted for children's age and stage

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Spanish language program

*Experience*

Required:

- Proficiency in spoken Spanish

- Experience working with children of Early years (0-5 years)

- Teaching qualification or relevant experience in language education- preferably QTS or Level 3 in Early years

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Settled or pre-settled status, or on a skilled worker visa already which can be transferred to a different employer (The right to work in the UK- we are NOT offering sponsorship for candidates who do not already have the right to work in the UK).

Nice-to-have:

- Experience living or studying in a Spanish-speaking country

- Knowledge of current language teaching methodologies suitable for early years children

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
