Duties

  • Lead guided tours of Edinburgh’s historic sites, landmarks, and hidden gems.
  • Provide engaging narratives that highlight the city’s history, architecture, and cultural significance
  • Ensure guest safety and comfort throughout all tour activities
  • Manage tour logistics, including timing, group coordination, and adherence to schedule
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while representing the company’s brand standards

Experience

  • Fluency in Spanish is essential.
  • Previous experience as a tour guide or in a customer-facing role within hospitality or tourism industries is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to captivate diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of Edinburgh’s history, culture, and major attractions is a plus but can be supported through training
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk comfortably across various terrains in outdoor settings
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for storytelling and sharing local insights
  • Valid work authorization to operate within the UK
