Join One of the Fastest Growing Premium Events Businesses in the Industry

Do you genuinely enjoy outbound sales?

Do you thrive on picking up the phone, opening doors, building relationships and winning new business?

Are you fluent in both English and Spanish?

If you're looking for a role where your success is entirely in your hands, where you'll work with senior decision-makers around the world and travel internationally to world-class events, we'd love to hear from you.

About BOND

BOND Events delivers exclusive, invitation-only business forums that connect the world's leading architects and designers with premium building product manufacturers.

We don't sell exhibition stands.

We create highly curated experiences that generate meaningful business relationships for our customers.

Fresh from our most successful year to date, we're investing in our next phase of growth, with a particular focus on Spain and Latin America.

The Role

This is a true outbound sales role.

Your primary responsibility will be generating new business through proactive prospecting, developing relationships and converting opportunities into long-term customers.

If you enjoy researching prospects, making calls, building rapport and consistently opening new opportunities, you'll thrive here.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying and winning new business through outbound prospecting.
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers across the architecture, design and hospitality sectors.
  • Managing your own portfolio of customers and growing long-term partnerships.
  • Rebooking existing customers into future events.
  • Attending international events and meeting customers face-to-face.
  • Managing your pipeline using our CRM and structured sales process.
  • Consistently achieving activity, pipeline and revenue targets.

The majority of your working week will be spent speaking with customers and prospects via phone and Zoom.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Proven outbound sales experience.
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls every day.
  • Naturally curious and confident speaking to senior decision-makers.
  • Highly organised with excellent follow-up discipline.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload.
  • Happy travelling internationally once a month.

We'd Love To See

Experience in:

  • Events
  • Hospitality
  • Recruitment
  • Premium B2B services
  • Relationship-led sales

However, we're much more interested in attitude and capability than a particular industry background.

The Type of Person Who Succeeds Here

You'll enjoy this role if you:

  • Love winning new business.
  • Are resilient and don't take rejection personally.
  • Enjoy building genuine long-term relationships.
  • Like working within clear processes and high standards.
  • Are naturally coachable and always looking to improve.
  • Take pride in representing a premium brand.
  • Want to build a long-term career rather than simply hit this month's target.

Why Join BOND?

  • Join a small but growing international business with ambitious plans.
  • Sell a genuinely premium product that customers value.
  • Work with senior decision-makers across Europe and the Americas.
  • Travel internationally to exceptional venues and events.
  • Be part of a supportive, collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Receive ongoing coaching and development as the business continues to grow.

Package

  • £35,000 starting salary.
  • Uncapped commission - Estimate ~$20,000 in year one, with significantly greater earning potential as your portfolio grows.
  • End of year bonus.
  • Flexible remote working.
  • International travel.
  • Regular team meetings and company events.

How to Apply

If you love outbound sales, enjoy building relationships and are excited by joining a growing international business, we'd love to hear from you.

Please submit your CV together with a short covering note explaining why this role appeals to you and why you'd be a great fit for BOND.
