Our Trainee Audiology practitioner role with Specsavers is the perfect entry point for those looking for a career in the hearcare industry. You will have access to industry leading training, equipment and support.

As a Trainee Audiology practitioner, you will be an integral member of the team and the first point of contact for our customers and once you have completed the relevant training you will be able to perform clinical activities along the customer pathway. A key part of this qualification will be repair & rehabilitation as well as wax removals using microsuction techniques.

What we’re looking for?

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and to progress in Audiology with previous experience in a healthcare / Retail / Customer facing setting preferred but not essential. At Specsavers we pride ourselves in our career development and our trainee Audiology Practitioner roles are the perfect first step for those looking to get into the Hearcare industry. There really is no limit to what you can achieve with Specsavers.

While we don’t need you to have a degree or any specific qualifications to enrol on this programme, we do need you to have a few skills to get started here. Firstly, you’ll need to have good written and verbal English skills, so we know you can communicate effectively with our customers and colleagues. You’ll also need to have a keen interest in self-development, desire to further your skills, and then ideally a fluency in use of patient management systems such (but don’t worry if you don’t have that last one).
