Full job description
Speed Medical is one of the largest providers of medico legal reports in the UK, working in partnership with solicitors dealing with personal injury claims. As well as medical reports, Speed Medical can also obtain medical records, provide rehabilitation services and any further treatment required following a personal injury.
The Role:
Administrator
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support the ongoing management and development of our healthcare provider network.
The Role
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our provider network. You will assist with onboarding new providers, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring all providers meet required compliance, qualification, and regulatory standards.You will play a key role in supporting the growth of the provider panel through strategic recruitment, helping to identify gaps and assisting with targeted onboarding of new providers. You will also build and maintain positive working relationships with providers, supporting them in meeting the company’s service and quality expectations.
Personal Specifications:
· Strong organisational and administrative skills
· Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
· Proactive approach with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
In addition to these skills the candidate will require the following:
· English and Maths to G.C.S.E standard Grade C or equivalent
· Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment to address business needs
· Computer literate
Package:
· 37.5 Hours, Monday-Friday
· Flexible working: Following successful probationary period, we offer full time office base of hybrid working
· Company Stakeholder Pension
· 20 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays
· Optional health care scheme after a qualifying period
Pay: £25,500.00 per year
