Your Role: Care Assistant

We are expanding our team and looking for caring, reliable individuals who want to make every day meaningful for our residents.

As a Care Assistant, you will:

  • Support residents with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
  • Assist with mealtimes and hydration
  • Encourage social interaction, activity participation, and emotional wellbeing
  • Build genuine, trusting relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Make every moment matter—always with dignity, respect, and compassion

You will be fully supported by an experienced and friendly team who will help you grow in confidence and skill.

Hours & Pay

We offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle:

  • Full-time and part-time positions available, although we ask for a minimum commitment of 2 shifts per week
  • Day, night, and weekend shifts to choose from
  • Enhanced pay for candidates with NVQ Level 3 qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.75-£13.50 per hour
