  • Ensure installation information is clearly communicated to scheduling and production departments
  • Liaise closely with sales consultants, scheduling teams and installers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and resolve potential production or installation issues before manufacture commences
  • Support the continuous improvement of design processes and operational efficiencies
  • Assist the National Operations Manager with administrative and operational tasks as required
  • Maintain accurate communication with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and high-quality project outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with company quality assurance and workplace safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within cabinetry, wardrobes, fitted furniture or kitchen manufacturing environments
  • Experience in cabinetry production planning, technical detailing, surveying or manufacturing coordination roles
  • Strong understanding of cabinetry construction and installation processes

Technical Skills

  • Ability to analyse and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Software & Systems

  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • CAD software experience such as ArtiCAD or similar is advantageous but not essential

Personal Attributes

  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • High level of professionalism and customer focus
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement

What We Offer

  • Competitive Australian salary package
  • Permanent residency sponsorship for eligible candidates
  • Monday to Friday work schedule
  • Long-term career growth opportunities
  • Supportive and collaborative workplace culture
  • Stable, full-time permanent employment
