Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Building & MEP) | Sydney, Australia | Visa SponsorshipLooking to relocate to Australia?

We're partnering with a range of leading construction businesses across Sydney who are actively looking to recruit experienced Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors from the UK.

Whether your background is with a main contractor delivering major building projects or you're an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor, we'd be keen to hear from you.

Our clients have secured pipelines of work across commercial construction, data centres, healthcare, education, residential and industrial projects, with opportunities available in both pre contract and post contract commercial teams.

For the right candidates, employer sponsored visas are available, along with relocation support and long term career opportunities.

Opportunities Available

We are recruiting for:

  • Quantity Surveyors
  • Senior Quantity Surveyors
  • Building Quantity Surveyors
  • MEP Quantity Surveyors

About You

You'll have experience working for a main contractor or specialist contractor on projects typically valued between £10 million and £500 million.

We're interested in people who have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Commercial construction
  • Healthcare
  • Education
  • Residential
  • Industrial and logistics
  • Data centres
  • Infrastructure

For MEP Quantity Surveyors, we're particularly interested in candidates with experience pricing, procuring and commercially managing electrical and/or mechanical packages through project delivery.
