Ad Hoc Sports Coach

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic Sports Coaches to join our team on an ad hoc basis. As a multi-sports coaching company, we deliver quality sports programmes across schools, holiday camps, birthday parties, and the local community.

Ad hoc work is available in the following locations Edgware, Mill Hill, Wembley Borehamwood, Watford, Enfield.

This flexible role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sport, enjoy working with children and young people, and can adapt to a variety of coaching environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive multi-sports sessions for children of varying ages and abilities.
  • Support and lead activities in primary and secondary schools, holiday camps, community programmes, and birthday parties.
  • Create a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for all participants.
  • Encourage participation, teamwork, confidence, and physical development through sport.
  • Set up and pack away equipment before and after sessions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety guidelines.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:

  • Passion for sport and working with children.
  • Experience coaching or leading sports activities is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
  • Relevant coaching qualifications are desirable
  • Previous experience working with children is essential
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
