We believe padel should be fun, social, and accessible to everyone, which is why we host coaching clinics, family events and friendly competitions. Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Schedule: Rota-based, including evenings and weekends

We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Padel Supervisor to join our team as we open our new Padel Club at Weavers Cross, Belfast, alongside our facility at Shorts Recreational Centre.

We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Supervisor to help grow our Padel community in Belfast. You’ll create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for players of all levels, support the smooth day-to-day running of the clubs, and help promote events and activities to increase participation. If you have Padel experience alongside strong customer service and supervisory skills, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing?

As Padel Club Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a friendly and welcoming experience for members, guests and visitors.
• Helping customers understand the rules of Padel and answering questions about courts, lessons, events and availability.
• Supporting and supervising the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clubs.
• Managing court reservations, bookings, check-ins and court usage.
• Ensuring courts, equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
• Monitoring equipment and stock levels and reporting any damaged equipment.
• Helping to organise Padel events, competitions, social sessions and other activities.
• Promoting upcoming events, lessons and opportunities to members and visitors.
• Creating engaging social media content to showcase the clubs, grow awareness and encourage bookings.
• Supporting initiatives to attract new players while increasing member participation and retention.
• Developing outreach opportunities with corporate customers, local businesses and groups to generate group bookings and events.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to help grow the Let’s Go Padel community.

What We’re Looking For?

Successful candidates should have:

• Padel experience as a player, coach and/or event organiser.
• Strong knowledge of Padel rules, techniques and gameplay.
• Previous supervisory experience within leisure, hospitality, sport or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A natural ability to build rapport with players, members and visitors from a wide range of backgrounds.
• A genuine passion for Padel and enthusiasm for growing participation in the sport.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to help coordinate events and activities.
• A creative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas for events, promotions and social media.
• A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work across our Belfast venues, including evenings and weekends.
• A full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• The legal right to work in the UK.
• First Aid and CPR certification would be advantageous but is not essential.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in social media and content creation on our social media channels.
