JOB TITLE: Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach

About Us:

Cambridge Country Club is an exclusive, members-only venue known for its exceptional services, world-class amenities, and a vibrant community atmosphere. We offer an array of sports and wellness facilities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center. We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Trainer to provide exceptional services to our esteemed members.

Job Description:

We are looking for a certified Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach who is passionate about health and fitness and motivated to help our members reach their goals. The successful candidate will develop personalised fitness programs, have a presence on the gym floor, provide coaching and guidance, and inspire members towards achieving their personal fitness objectives.

As part of the role, you will work 10 hours for Cambridge Country Club which contributes towards your rental agreement.
During this time, you will gain exposure to thousands of members through gym floor, inductions and group exercise classes.

You will receive a minimum of £30 for each personal training session you deliver.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand members' needs and goals.

· Develop tailored fitness programs, ensuring they are safe, effective, and enjoyable.

· Provide one-on-one coaching and group training sessions, adjusting the program as necessary.

· Track members' progress, providing regular updates and motivation.

· Educate members on fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle choices, promoting overall wellbeing.

· Maintain the cleanliness and safety of fitness equipment and facilities.

· Participate in club events and promote the club's fitness services.

· Uphold the Cambridge Country Club's high standards of professionalism and member service.

Qualifications:

· Certified Personal Trainer.

· Current CPR and AED certifications. (Desired)

· A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably within a private club setting.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to motivate and inspire members.

· Strong understanding of exercise physiology and fitness-related health issues.

· Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings and evenings.
