Full job description

Senior PR & Communications Executive
Salary: £37,000 – £42,000
Location: Right at Home National Office in Liverpool

Ready to prove yourself?

We’re looking for someone with ambition, drive, and tenacity. Someone who is hungry for opportunity and ready to take the next big step in their communications career.

At Right at Home UK, we want more than someone who can simply write well or manage a comms plan. We want a proactive self-starter who spots opportunities, takes ownership, and makes things happen.

You might not have done everything before—and that’s okay. We care just as much about attitude and potential as we do experience. If you learn quickly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to push yourself, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

This is a fantastic role for someone looking to step up, build their profile, and make a real impact within a respected national brand.

Why join us?

At Right at Home UK, we’re passionate about delivering premium-quality homecare and supporting our franchise network to grow and succeed. This role gives you the chance to help shape how we communicate across the business and beyond.

What we offer:

  • Salary of £37,000 – £42,000, depending on experience
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing with service)
  • Salary sacrifice pension & EV scheme
  • Contribution to private healthcare
  • Free secure parking
  • A supportive, collaborative team where your work genuinely matters

The Role

You’ll play a key role in leading and delivering internal and external communications across our UK franchise network.

You’ll be the go-to person for communications. Helping shape messaging, supporting Franchise Owners, identifying PR opportunities, and ensuring our brand voice remains strong, consistent, and impactful.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Internal and external communications across the network
  • Press releases, articles, newsletters, and statements
  • Media relations and PR opportunities
  • Supporting Franchise Owners with communications activity
  • Protecting and strengthening brand messaging
  • Crisis and reputation management when required
  • Monitoring and reporting on communications performance

No two days will look the same, which means you’ll need to be adaptable, confident, and comfortable taking ownership.

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong communications instincts and an even stronger mindset.

You may already work in communications, PR, media, content, or marketing and be ready for a bigger challenge. Or perhaps you feel underutilised in your current role and are looking for the chance to prove what you’re capable of.

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • Proactive and naturally take initiative
  • Driven, resilient, and solutions-focused
  • Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
  • Able to influence and challenge professionally
  • Organised and able to manage competing priorities
  • Quick to learn and eager to develop
  • Someone who sees opportunities and acts on them

Experience in communications or PR is important, but we’re open-minded about background. What matters most is that you bring the energy, attitude, and determination to succeed.

Why this role is different

This isn’t a role where you’ll sit in the background.

You’ll have genuine ownership, visible impact, and the opportunity to help shape communications across a growing national network.

For the right person, this role offers significant opportunity to grow, develop, and make your mark.
