Full job description

The Role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Market Harborough HQ. You'll be at the heart of our fulfilment operation, picking and packing customer orders, managing stock, and making sure everything runs smoothly ahead of daily courier collections.

This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who takes pride in accuracy, stays calm under pressure, and isn't afraid to get stuck in. If you've worked in a DTC e-commerce warehouse before, you'll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ready for courier collection deadlines
  • Printing labels and processing outbound shipments using shipping software (e.g. Royal Mail Click & Drop)
  • Using our in-house stock management system to scan in stock, put stock away, and ensure records are error-free
  • Carrying out ad hoc stock counts to keep inventory levels accurate
  • Contributing to two full stock takes per year
  • Monitoring and flagging when mail bags, stationery, labels, or printer ink need reordering - proactively, before supplies run low

What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience, ideally in a fast-paced DTC e-commerce environment
  • Confident with picking, packing, and label printing processes
  • Strong attention to detail - getting orders right first time matters to us
  • Experience with stock control and inventory management
  • Familiarity with Shopify and/or Royal Mail Click & Drop is a bonus, but not essential
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and a good communicator

Hours & Flexibility

  • Full time, 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
  • Weekend working required during peak periods
  • Overtime available and may be needed at busy times of year
