We are seeking a experience professional dental receptionist, who is confident and people orientated to join our growing team. This is a key front‑of‑house role where you will shape the patient experience from the moment they contact us.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front‑desk service with warmth, clarity and efficiency
• Manage incoming calls, emails and online enquiries with excellent written and verbal communication
• Use practice management software confidently (training provided)
• Support diary management, appointment coordination and patient flow
• Assist with social media content scheduling and basic digital tasks
• Maintain a calm, polished and professional attitude at all times

Essential Qualities

• Dental reception experience
• Must have prior knowledge of dental software
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, email systems, online platforms)
• Confident with social media (Instagram, Facebook preferred)
• Excellent telephone manner and clear communication
• Highly organised, reliable and able to multitask
• Professional behaviour, confidentiality and patient‑focused mindset
