DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE & ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPEMENT

Permanent – 36 hours per week

Salary: £65k - £70k per annum

We have recently launched an ambitious three-year strategy that continues to put our students and apprentices at the heart of everything we do.

Central to achieving our vision are our people and to help drive the next stage of our journey, we are seeking an inspiring and experienced Director of People & Organisational Development to lead our people operations and help shape the future of our workforce.

We are looking for a strategic HR and OD leader with significant experience of operating at a senior level, ideally within a complex, multi-site and regulated environment. You will have a strong track record of delivering modern, effective people services and driving organisational change in line with best practice. An accomplished leader, you will be confident influencing senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and inspiring teams to achieve excellence.

As a values-led organisation, we are deeply committed to equality, diversity and inclusion. We are therefore seeking someone who shares these values and is passionate about creating an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive and perform at their best.

This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on our organisation, our people and the communities we serve.
