As a Receptionist, you will be one of the first impressions of The St. Regis London, guiding guests through a seamless and intuitive arrival, stay, and departure experience. You will take initiative, anticipate needs, and ensure every interaction feels effortless, personalised, and memorable. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional arrival and departure experience, ensuring each guest feels personally welcomed and valued
- Guide guests throughout their stay, offering support with requests, information, and tailored recommendations
- Process operational needs including check‑ins, check‑outs, payments, and daily reports
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with intuitive, personalised service
- Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all communications and transactions
- Uphold safety, confidentiality, and company policies at all times
- Support smooth lobby operations by moving confidently through the space and assisting where needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Core Competencies
We are seeking a refined and service‑oriented professional who embodies the essence of luxury hospitality. You should have:
- Qualification in Hospitality studies, degree standard or similar preferred
- Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
