Job Description


As Bar & Waiting Staff, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience. You'll greet guests, guide them through the menu, deliver exceptional table service, and make sure every customer leaves with a smile. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll develop your hospitality skills while helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.


Qualifications


As a member of our Bar & Waiting Staff, you will…

  • Deliver warm, friendly and memorable service to every customer, every time they visit.
  • Welcome guests, take food and drink orders, and ensure they have everything they need throughout their visit.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while making recommendations and answering menu and drinks queries.
  • Keep the restaurant and bar areas clean, safe and well-presented, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
  • Confidently work both on the floor and behind the bar, preparing and serving drinks to specification.

What you’ll bring…

  • Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
  • Have a great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
