Full job description

H&D Recruitment is looking for high-calibre SIA Door Supervisors to support a series of major UK festivals and large-scale public events across the Silverstone.

This is not standard security work, we are seeking experienced SIA Door Supervisors who can operate in high-energy environments while maintaining absolute professionalism, control, and presence.

You will be deployed across multiple events throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing crowd control and entry/exit points at major events
  • Maintaining a strong, calm, and professional presence at all times
  • Responding to incidents swiftly and appropriately
  • Supporting event stewards and venue management teams
  • Ensuring safety of guests, staff, and performers
  • De-escalating conflict situations professionally
  • Conducting patrols and maintaining situational awareness

You must have:

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in festival, events, pubs or night club security
  • Strong physical presence (fit, well-built, confident appearance)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in busy environments
  • Strong professionalism and reliability
  • Ability to work long shifts, weekends, and consecutive event days

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience at large-scale UK festivals or stadium events
  • Close protection or advanced security training
  • Team leadership or supervisor experience
