If you love working with babies, enjoy being part of a supportive team, and want to work somewhere that truly values its staff — we would love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment where children feel secure, happy and inspired to learn.

You will work alongside experienced staff and management to support children’s development, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a positive, fun nursery atmosphere.

We are proud of our strong curriculum, supportive team culture, and commitment to high-quality care — and we want staff who are excited to grow with us.

  • Contributing ideas and creativity to enhance children’s experiences

  • Warm, caring, enthusiastic and reliable
  • Passionate about working with babies and young children
  • Great team players with a positive attitude
  • Confident communicators with parents and colleagues
  • Motivated to learn, develop and progress in their career

✔ Essential Requirements

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years
  • 1–2 years nursery/childcare experience
  • Strong understanding of EYFS and child development
  • Ability to observe, assess and support children’s progress
  • Right to work in the UK

✔ Desirable (but not essential)

  • Food Hygiene or Safeguarding training
  • DBS on the update service
  • Experience working with babies

(We provide training and ongoing coaching for all staff.)

What We Offer

  • A role in our exciting new Baby Town building
