Paediatric Community Nurse

Location: Albrighton, West Midlands

Salary: Up to £43,000 plus Bonus

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday - No nights, no weekends, no on-call and no 12 hour shifts.

Are you an experienced Paediatric Nurse looking to progress your career in complex care? Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Paediatric Community Nurse to support children with complex healthcare needs across the West Midlands.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of specialist home healthcare, combining office and community-based working with an excellent work-life balance. You'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care while benefiting from ongoing training, specialist development opportunities, and a clear pathway for career progression.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage complex paediatric care packages
  • Develop and review person-centred care plans
  • Train, assess and support clinical care teams
  • Ensure clinical excellence, compliance and governance
  • Review MAR charts and clinical documentation
  • Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Minimum 2 years' post-registration nursing experience
  • Experience in tracheostomy care and airway management
  • Ventilation management experience
  • PEG, JEJ and NG feeding competency
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills

Experience supporting children with neurological conditions or spinal injuries is desirable.
