Tonic are pleased to partner with our client to recruit a Multi-Site Restaurant Manager to take ownership of two busy, well-established casual dining restaurants in Derbyshire. The sites sit close together, in Matlock and Chatsworth, and you will lead both, setting the standard for service, owning the numbers and building strong teams across the operation. This is a hands-on, lead-from-the-front role for an operator who is happiest on the floor, knows how to run a profitable food and beverage business and wants the autonomy to run it their way. You will drive results through smart labour control, cost management and stock accuracy, recruit and develop a high-performing front of house team, and keep guest experience, standards and compliance consistently high across both sites. Daytime hours, genuine variety and a solid group behind you, with the room to step into something more regional over time.

What key skills are we looking for in the successful Multi-Site Restaurant Manager?

  • Proven Restaurant Manager, General Manager or Hospitality Manager experience in a high-volume, food-led operation
  • Experience running or supporting more than one site, or a strong single-site manager ready to step up
  • Commercially sharp, with a genuine track record of managing costs, margins, labour and stock
  • A confident people leader who develops teams and handles guest and team issues calmly
  • Organised and detail-focused, comfortable with systems, reports and admin
  • Happy splitting your week across two sites and flexing staffing around seasonal peaks
  • Full clean driving licence, the sites are close but you will move between them
