Company Description
Support Workers & Care Assistants Wanted – Join Our West London Team! ✨ Brighter Days. Fresh Challenges. Real Impact. ✨
At Sage Care (part of the CCH Group), every day is different. We are currently experiencing rapid growth and have multiple exciting opportunities available to fit your life.
We are actively recruiting for compassionate Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our dedicated teams supporting service users across the heart of West London.
What is Homecare?
Homecare is all about helping vulnerable adults remain safe, happy, and independent in the place they love most – their own home.
Unlike working in a residential or hospital setting, community care is focused on building genuine relationships, providing companionship, and supporting people to live life on their own terms.
You'll do far more than complete tasks – you'll become a trusted part of someone's day and make a real difference to their quality of life. If you want to go home each day knowing you've changed someone's life for the better, this role could be perfect for you.
Work Close to Home Across West London
We're currently recruiting Care Assistants and Support Workers across some of West London's most vibrant and diverse communities. Thanks to rapid expansion, we are actively hiring for:
-
Maida Vale & Kilburn (W9, NW6): A rapidly growing area where we are receiving 5 to 6 new packages of care every week!
-
Chelsea & West Brompton (SW3, SW10): Join our growing teams in these well-connected neighbourhoods, where we are expecting 3 to 5 new packages weekly.
-
️ Westminster & Belgravia (SW1W, SW1X): This is a brand new area we have taken on under a new contract, and we expect to start receiving referrals very soon.
-
(We also have opportunities across Paddington, Queens Park, Hyde Park, Swiss Cottage, Primrose Hill, St Johns Wood, and Earls Court!)
Local Work, Local Clients We aim to match our Care Professionals to clients within their local area wherever possible, helping you spend less time travelling and more time making a difference.
Competitive Pay
We believe great work deserves great pay. You will be paid at the following tiered rates:
-
Monday–Saturday: £14.80 per hour
-
Sunday: £15.30 per hour
- Highly Flexible Shift Patterns
Our services operate 7 days a week. We are currently looking for staff to cover a variety of full-time and part-time shift patterns, including:
-
Long Days: 07:00 – 21:00 (requiring availability for at least 5 days a week).
-
Weekend Blocks: 08:00 – 21:00 or 14:00 – 21:00.
-
Evening Shifts: 16:00 – 21:00.
About the Roles & Specific Packages
You’ll play a vital role in supporting our service users to live independently, with dignity and confidence. Because we provide highly tailored, person-centred care, we are currently welcoming applications from both male and female care professionals to cover new referrals.
(Please note: Where specific client packages require a male or female carer for personal care, this is an occupational requirement exempt under the Equality Act 2010).
