Are you good with people and good at recommending the additional work that needs doing?

Our front desk runs the day, and we’re looking for someone who can do both halves of the job well. Look after customers, book the work in and keep everything organised, but also have the confidence to recommend the right work and convert it.

Our technicians find genuine jobs on these cars every day; we need someone who can present them honestly and keep our customers safe on the road.

If you’re organised, good with people, and not shy about recommending work that keeps customers safe, this is your kind of role.

ABOUT US

Fitch Autos is an established independent garage in Brownhills with a name local drivers have trusted for years. We specialise in premium and specialist vehicles, including Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW and Audi, and we take on the complex diagnostic and fault-finding work that a lot of garages would rather pass on.

The work is done to main-dealer standard without the main-dealer bill, which is why customers keep coming back and why our Google reviews speak for themselves. We’ve built our reputation by doing the job properly and looking after people. Behind the scenes the place runs on solid systems and clear processes, so leads don’t get lost and good work gets noticed. We’re growing, and this role is part of that.

THE ROLE

Run the front desk and own the customer from booking to handover. Take enquiries, build jobsheets, manage the diary and keep customers updated through the day. When the technicians find work on a car, present it clearly, give honest advice, and follow it up until it’s a yes or a clear no.

You’re always recommending something worth doing, not pressure-selling, so the work you convert keeps people safe and their cars reliable. The quote-building and parts are handled by the team, so you can focus on the customer.
