Full job description

Rapport is recruiting Corporate Mobile Receptionists who are passionate about delivering great service to our clients and their visitors. We would like to invite you to our virtual recruitment event on Friday, the 9th of June 9.30 AM – 1.30 PM. Further details to be confirmed. Please note, this event is on an invite only basis and therefore, we have a limited number of spots.

The Corporate Mobile Receptionist position is a unique role that requires flexibility in terms of travel across Scotland and Newcastle to support our other teams. This is part of our Network Team who are the heartbeat of Rapport. If you enjoy variety and new learning every day, then this could be the role for you!

Type of contract: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Various locations, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Newcastle.

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM - 7PM with flexibility as per business needs)

Holiday allowance: 20 days + bank holidays

Main responsibilities

Although role content may vary, the main responsibilities within these roles are:

  • Be the first point of contact for all clients and customers arriving to the building.
  • Meet, greet, and assist with all queries and/or meetings and events on site.
  • Answer and redirect telephone calls and emails as appropriate.
  • Set up and manage meeting rooms.

The ideal candidate will

  • Be a self-starter with experience in a customer-facing role (Customer service skills are essential).
  • Possess excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Be proficient in business administration and able to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Have a great eye for detail, excellent organisational and time management skills.
