Practice Manager - Heybridge Dental Practice

We are seeking an experienced and capable Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, high-performing, 8 surgery, mixed NHS and Private dental practice.

This role requires a resilient, confident leader who can maintain professional standards, manage performance, and support the team while delivering consistent operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the practice team
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance
  • Manage rotas, performance, and staffing levels
  • Oversee diary utilisation and patient experience
  • Monitor KPIs, reporting, and escalation of risks Support and training will be provided; however, applicants must demonstrate the core personal attributes required to succeed in a leadership role.
