Arte Dental is a fast growing private cosmetic and implant clinic in the heart of Birmingham.

Our patients come to us for smile makeovers, veneers, composite bonding, Invisalign and implants. For many of them, it’s something they’ve thought about for years.

They deserve an experience that feels just as special as the result.

We’re looking for an exceptional full-time Front of House team member to own that experience.

Forget the traditional dental receptionist.

YOUR MISSION

When a patient walks through our doors, you set the tone.

You know who’s coming in.

You greet them like you’ve been expecting them.

You remember their name.

You offer them a drink.

You make sure they feel at ease.

You keep the clinical and sales teams in sync so the day flows seamlessly.

And if something isn’t right, you’ve already spotted it before anyone has to say a word.

We want every patient leaving Arte Dental thinking:

“That didn’t feel like going to the dentist.”

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Greeting every patient with warmth, confidence and real energy
• Creating a first impression people remember
• Running patient arrivals and departures smoothly
• Offering refreshments and keeping patients comfortable
• Keeping reception and patient areas immaculate all day, every day
• Handling calls and enquiries professionally
• Working hand-in-hand with our dentists, nurses and Treatment Coordinators
• Keeping the team updated on arrivals, delays and changes
• Keeping the diary moving and appointments running on time
• Taking payments and handling admin accurately
• Answering patient questions so nobody ever feels forgotten
• Spotting the little details that make someone’s visit better
• Owning the atmosphere and energy of the clinic
