Full job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations within our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, supporting local teams, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and dynamic leader to play a key role in shaping regional success and fostering a positive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional goals and operational targets.
  • Lead, support, and coach branch managers and their teams, providing clear guidance and constructive performance feedback.
  • Monitor and analyse operational performance, identifying trends and preparing detailed reports for senior leadership.
  • Ensure all sites comply with company policies, health and safety standards, and relevant legal requirements.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders to support business growth.
  • Oversee regional budgeting, optimise resource allocation, and manage costs effectively.
  • Lead initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support staff development.
  • Coordinate training sessions and professional development opportunities to strengthen team skills and leadership capability.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience supervising or managing multiple teams or locations.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities, with a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience interpreting data to support decision-making.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
