The Role
We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Practice Manager to lead our flagship Mayfair clinic.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving clinic performance, managing the team, and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the business. You will play a pivotal role in delivering both exceptional patient experience and strong commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, inspire, and manage the clinic team (front of house, therapists, coordinators)
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
• Deliver regular training and performance reviews
• Foster a high-performance, accountable, and positive team culture

Commercial Performance

• Own and drive clinic revenue targets and KPIs
• Monitor performance metrics including conversion rates, average transaction value, and utilisation
• Implement strategies to maximise sales, retention, and patient lifetime value
• Work closely with the wider business on campaigns and growth initiatives

Operations & Clinic Management

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic ensuring seamless operations
• Manage rotas, staffing levels, and clinic capacity
• Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
• Maintain exceptional presentation and standards across all areas

Patient Experience

• Ensure delivery of a five-star, luxury patient journey at every touchpoint
• Handle escalations and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction
• Continuously refine and elevate the overall clinic experience

Systems & Reporting

• Utilise CRM systems (e.g. Pabau) to track performance and manage operations
• Produce regular reports on clinic performance and KPIs
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a clinic management, practice management, or senior operations role
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Experience within aesthetics, medical, or luxury service environments
• Confident managing teams and driving performance
• Strong understanding of KPIs, sales metrics, and business performance
• Experience with Pabau or similar CRM systems
• Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• A polished, professional presence aligned with a luxury brand
