  • Assisting with meal preparation, eating, and drinking
  • Supporting with medication prompts in line with care plans
  • Carrying out light household tasks such as tidying and laundry where required
  • Being a consistent, friendly, and reassuring presence
  • Maintaining accurate care records and communicating with the wider team

What we offer

  • Competitive hourly pay (£14 per hour weekdays and £14.50 per hour on weekends).
  • Paid mileage between client visits (40 pence per mile).
  • Enhanced bank holiday rates, including £21 per hour on bank holidays and £28 per hour on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • Flexible working patterns
  • Comprehensive induction and ongoing training
  • Ongoing support from a friendly and professional office team
  • As a growing organisation, we are committed to supporting your career development and aspirations, with opportunities to learn and progress as the service grows
  • Uniform and PPE provided
  • £200 welcome bonus following the successful completion of your first three months.

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • The right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship or visa transfer
  • Availability to work every other weekend to support continuity of care
  • A kind, caring, and compassionate approach
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • The ability to follow care plans and work independently
  • No previous care experience is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided
