About the opportunity
This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Marketing Automation Specialist roles within our growing consultancy. We're seeking talented professionals to support the delivery of sophisticated marketing campaigns and automation workflows that help our clients connect with specialist talent across technology, engineering, life sciences and financial services.
Roles of this type may sit within a collaborative marketing operations environment, partnering with campaign managers, marketing teams and CRM stakeholders to optimise how we communicate with our audiences. The work could involve managing campaign automation, integrating systems, refining workflows and delivering insights through marketing analytics, with scope to develop your expertise in marketing technology platforms.
Typical role overview
- Location: UK-wide (nationwide)
- Type: Contract · Full-time
- Day Rate: £250–280 per day, or £350–380 per day, dependent on experience
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Specialism: Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation and CRM integration
What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Managing and executing campaign automation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Designing and optimising workflow processes to improve campaign performance and efficiency
- Integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM systems and other business applications
- Monitoring campaign performance and delivering marketing reports and analytics to stakeholders
- Supporting the development and refinement of automated marketing workflows
- Collaborating with marketing teams to translate requirements into technical automation solutions
- Troubleshooting automation issues and implementing continuous improvements
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent marketing automation platform
- Practical knowledge of campaign automation, CRM integration and workflow optimisation
- Proficiency in marketing reporting and analytics
- Strong understanding of campaign execution and marketing operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
- Ability to work collaboratively across marketing and technical teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Experience with additional marketing technology platforms, advanced data analysis, or journey mapping would be advantageous.
