We're Recruiting in Stevenage

We’re currently seeking full-time Support Workers to join our growing team in Stevenage. Weekend availability is essential to support client needs and ensure high-quality, consistent care across the week.

What You'll Do

  • Support adults (18+) with disabilities, long-term conditions, or mental health needs to live safely and independently at home
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with local clients—no rushed visits (minimum 30-minute calls)
  • Get specialist training to confidently support specific conditions

What We Offer

Competitive Pay:

  • Respite Calls: £12.60–£13.20/hour
  • Homecare Calls:
  • £14.25/hour (Mon–Fri, 7am–6pm)
  • £14.75/hour (Mon–Fri, 6pm–10pm)
  • £15.25/hour (Weekends)
  • £16.25/hour (Bank Holidays)

Plus:

  • Paid travel time (up to 1 hour per shift)
