Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Club Steward or Club Stewardess to join our club. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the club’s facilities, providing exceptional services to our members and guests, and maintaining high standards of management and hospitality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant environment where guest satisfaction and organisational excellence are paramount.

Job-related accommodation, on the Club premises.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Oversee the organisation of club events and activities, ensuring they run efficiently and smoothly.
  • Manage memberships, and guest lists, maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of the club’s facilities.
  • Handle enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Monitor club operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in managing stock levels for bar supplies and other essentials.
  • Support management in organising staff schedules and training programmes.

Skills

  • Proven experience in management or hospitality roles within a club or similar environment.
  • Excellent service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour.
  • Strong organisational abilities to coordinate events and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with members, staff, and management seamlessly.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst delivering high standards of service.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality settings is desirable.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality management.

Pay: £32,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
