Experienced Property Photographer / Floor Planner / DEA

Watford & surrounding Middlesex & Hertfordshire areas
£35,000–£40,000+ OTE | Full-time | Monday–Friday

CJ Property Marketing is looking for an experienced Property Photographer and qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to join our established Hertfordshire team, covering Watford, Pinner, Northwood, Rickmansworth and the surrounding area.

The Role

You will be responsible for visiting properties throughout the Watford and wider Middlesex & Hertfordshire areas, producing the photography and marketing assets required by our clients.

A typical day will involve approximately 4 property appointments, including:

  • Producing high-quality professional property photography
  • Creating accurate floor plan sketches
  • Carrying out EPC assessments and producing EPCs
  • Liaising professionally with homeowners, tenants and estate agency clients
  • Representing CJ Property Marketing and maintaining our high standards of customer service
  • Work from home at the end of the day

What We're Looking For

This role is specifically for someone with existing property industry experience.

Essential:

  • Proven professional property photography experience
  • Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
  • Experience producing accurate floor plan sketches
  • A strong portfolio of property photography
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional and confident manner with clients and homeowners
  • Punctual, organised and reliable
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own vehicle suitable for business use
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily appointment schedule
  • Based within or close to the Watford / Middlesex & Hertfordshire areas

Experience with property video, drone photography or other property marketing services would be advantageous, although additional training will be provided.

  • £35,000–£40,000+ OTE, depending on experience
