An exciting opportunity has arisen within Rhode Island coffee for the role of part-time Supervisor (30 hours per week) in our Altrincham store. Set in the heart of Altrincham town centre this store provides a lively, fun, busy but relaxed environment for the community.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, experienced Supervisor that can lead a team and give fantastic customer service in a high volume environment within our award winning coffee shop chain.

Rhode Island Coffee is an expanding chain of coffee shops which raises the bar when it comes to customer service and we have a clear focus on the community we live in. We go the extra mile, giving each and every customer an experience they will come back for, connecting with them and forming friendships.

Our Coffee is our pride and joy with our award winning barista's and blend of coffee, we are always looking at new products and crew development to make sure we are current and up to date with coffee trends.

Duties, Responsibilities- Day to day running of the coffee shop including, cash handling, stock control and supervising the team. Business awareness is key and we are looking for a good all rounder with a focus on customer service that can train a team and keep them focused.

Experience- A customer service role is key as well as experience in the food and drink industry. Barista experience would benefit but not essential. Past employment with a hotel, restaurant, bar or coffee shop is what we are looking for with experience of managing a team in this environment.

Excellent Customer Service Skills- A pleasant manner and excellent communication is vital. Our friendliness and attention to detail is what wins and keeps new customers. Going the extra mile is our forte!!!

The role carries a lot of responsibility, some unusual working hours and some difficult challenges, but will reward you with huge job satisfaction. We are a friendly and fun loving company, but we work extremely hard to achieve our goals.
