Product & Merchandising Manager

About Mococo

Mococo is a growing multi-brand jewellery retailer with stores in Manchester and North Wales, alongside our e-commerce business based in Cheshire.

We stock more than 20 jewellery brands, alongside our growing own-brand collections and dropship partners.

We are looking for an experienced Product & Merchandising Manager to take ownership of our product catalogue, stock management and merchandising across the business.

You will manage a Stock & Product Assistant who will support goods-in, product creation and day-to-day stock administration.

The Role

You will ensure stock is accurate, products are set up correctly and our ranges are merchandised effectively across online and stores.

You will own the product journey from arrival and product creation through to merchandising, replenishment and sale.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Management

  • Own stock accuracy and availability across all locations and channels.
  • Oversee goods-in, replenishment, transfers and stock movements.
  • Identify replenishment requirements, overstock and slow-moving lines.
  • Plan and oversee stock takes and regular cycle counts.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies, shrinkage and process issues through to resolution.
  • Maintain effective stock-control processes across the business.

Product Management

  • Own the creation and maintenance of products within Shopify.
  • Manage product data at scale. Ensure product information, imagery, pricing, variants and inventory are accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate new product launches, ensuring products are ready to trade on time.
  • Maintain high catalogue standards across thousands of SKUs.
  • Manage dropship products, supplier feeds and product availability.

Merchandising & Performance

  • Merchandise the website around trading priorities, stock availability and seasonality.
  • Analyse performance by product, brand and category.
  • Work closely with Marketing to identify products and ranges to prioritise within campaigns.
  • Support in-store merchandising and product availability across locations.

Team Management

  • Manage and develop an Assistant.
  • Set priorities across goods-in, stock administration and product creation.
  • Ensure product and stock tasks are completed accurately and on time.

About You

  • Essential experience in product, stock, inventory or merchandising within retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong Shopify experience, ideally managing a large product catalogue.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to turn data into actions.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of processes and solving problems.

Desirable

  • Jewellery, fashion or accessories experience.
  • Multi-brand or multi-site retail experience.
  • Dropship and supplier-feed experience.

Work location: In person, with travel between Mococo locations as required.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
