Full job description

We’re a rapidly growing photo booth hire company based in Manchester, covering weddings, parties, and corporate events across the North West.

Role Overview

We’re looking for reliable, confident event staff to transport, set up, operate, and pack down our photo booths at venues. This is a customer-facing role, so professionalism and good communication skills are important.

*Please note that this role requires a valid driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle to perform duties.*

Responsibilities

  • Transport photo booth equipment to venues
  • Set up and pack down the booth
  • Operate the booth during events
  • Interact with guests and encourage participation
  • Troubleshoot minor issues if required
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times

Important Requirements

  • You must have your own vehicle (or reliable access to one) to transport necessary equipment
  • Comfortable with lifting and manoeuvring equipment
  • Able to work independently at solo events
  • Weekend availability (mainly Fridays and Saturdays)
  • Willingness to travel to nearby cities

Photography, events, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.

Hours & Pay

Typical bookings are 3-hour events between 7pm–11pm, excluding travel time.

Example:

  • Arrive at 6pm
  • Set up before guests arrive
  • Operate from 7pm–10pm
  • Pack down afterwards

Pay

  • £100 per standard 3-hour booking
  • Equivalent to approximately £20 per hour including setup and pack down
  • Additional event hours paid at £20 per hour
  • Travel beyond a 20-mile radius is reimbursed at 30p per mile

This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible weekend work who enjoys events, interacting with people, and working independently.

Pay: £100.00-£120.00 per day
