Are you a driven, hands-on, detail-oriented individual who loves cosmetics?

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments?

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Company

We are a pioneering beauty brand turning wonky fruits and food byproducts into sustainable, affordable cosmetics. Founded in 2017, we’re stocked in prestigious UK retailers (John Lewis, Boots, etc.), and we design and manufacture everything ourselves from our London studio.

We’re a small but mighty team passionate about innovation, quality, and doing things differently and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

About the Role

Job title: Multi-role Assistant – Production & Content

Shift info: Minimum 8 hours/week, increasing up to 40 hours/week during peak periods (e.g. holidays, product launches, gifting season).
Working pattern: Mostly weekday hours between 10am–6pm. Occasional weekend or evening work for events or market stalls.
Location: North Acton, London
Start date: ASAP

This is a varied, hands-on role combining production, packing, content creation and admin. You’ll be working across many parts of the business, ideal for someone who is curious, reliable, creative, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support production of small-batch cosmetics (weighing, mixing, batching – training provided)
  • Assist with daily dispatch and order fulfilment (including TikTok Shop and web orders)
  • General admin tasks (stock counts, data entry, email replies)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the studio
  • Help shoot and post content (photos and short-form videos for TikTok/Instagram)
  • Use basic AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva AI, video generators) to speed up content or admin
  • Manage basic tasks on our TikTok Shop and other platforms (training provided)
  • Help with in-person market sales and pop-up events (occasional weekends)

Skills & Experience Required

  • Good written/spoken English and GCSE Maths and English A-C
  • Comfortable using software tools (Google Drive, Canva, Shopify, TikTok etc.)
  • Familiar with or curious about AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Notion AI, Descript, or similar)
  • Basic photo or video editing skills a plus, but not essential
  • Previous experience in hospitality, production, packing, admin, social media or sales is helpful
  • Interest in cosmetics, skincare or sustainability is a bonus

The Ideal Candidate

  • A quick learner and self-starter who enjoys variety in their day
  • Strong attention to detail and not afraid to get stuck in
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable using AI tools to help with tasks or learn new skills on the go
  • Able to manage their time independently and keep things moving
  • Comfortable working in a small team and contributing ideas
  • Open to working flexible hours depending on seasonal demand

Work Remotely?

No. This role is based at our studio in Staple Corners, London (with occasional off-site event days).

Please note: To be considered for this role, you must complete the short pre-screening questions when applying. These help us understand your fit beyond your CV.
Applications without completed questions may not be considered.
