Who we are looking for

Are you a current Manager looking for a new challenge, stuck in rut or and looking for that next career move?

We are looking for a Store Manager desigante to work across our store portfolio. We are looking for someone with strong sales, commercial and operational experience combined with energy and engagement to drive the team to deliever an outstanding customer experience. The role as Store Manager Designate will be all about leading team's and running stores on a day to day basis. One day you could be in Worcester and the next Cheltenham. We are looking for someone who loves variation and doesnt mind travelling. It can be a demanding role but for the right person, it’s an amazing opportunity to progress themselves within alongside one of the UK's most valuable brands. What will you be doing?

When a customer enters your store, they will get that Vodafone Three feeling – a sense that they’re welcomed, valued, and have a friendly expert by their side who can advise them on our great products and services. Leading and supporting the teams, you will be a leader of people and have great coaching skills. Ideally, you will have a sales background with a track record in meeting and exceeding KPIs. Customer and numbers focused you will be able to drive sales through your people and be able to take a holistic view to the business.
