Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Storeman/Woman/Driver to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of goods, and delivering products to various locations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help keep our supply chain running smoothly while providing excellent service to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy both physical activity and engineer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate delivery vans and commercial vehicles to transport goods to designated locations
  • Load, unload, and organize stock within the warehouse, including heavy lifting when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance needs
  • Assist in warehouse organization, stock replenishment, and inventory management tasks
  • Follow all safety protocols and driving regulations to ensure a secure working environment

Qualifications

  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred
  • Valid and clean driver’s license
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items safely
  • Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices in various conditions
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
