What You Will Be Doing

• Welcome all guests warmly and professionally, acting as a lobby host by proactively engaging with guests, managing reception queues, and ensuring a smooth guest flow through public areas.
• Assist Reception during busy periods, supporting with check-ins, check-outs, group arrivals, queue room coordination, and general reception tasks.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests, both in person and via email or online platforms, offering accurate information and ensuring a seamless pre-arrival and post-arrival experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and promotions, using this to upsell rooms, packages, and food beverage offers during guest interactions and system use.
• Actively promote local attractions, events, and travel options, booking transport or theatre tickets and offering insightful recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
