This is an exciting opportunity to join the team of a dynamic and rapidly expanding media group on a fast track to real responsibility. Based in central London, TVF Media comprises multiple award-winning divisions spanning across the media, arts and leisure sectors. With clients from every major territory around the globe, TVF are world leaders in documentary programming and distribution, masters at healthcare communications strategy and digital innovation and are notably responsible for the production of the world’s largest philosophy and music festival.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and commercially-driven individual to join our team as an Business and Finance Analyst on a fast track to real responsibility.

During an intensive three-month training period covering the core elements of finance, accounts and systems across our divisions, you will learn to assess real-world problems and visualise elegant solutions that improve our systems and outcomes, applying contemporary management theory daily. Working within a wider Finance team with regular exposure to the Financial Director and CEO, you will be responsible for implementing real change and improvement in the operating divisions of the group. From a Financial perspective, this involves taking ownership of the group management accounts including reconciliations and assistance with invoicing, supplier payment processing, analysing and reporting on key data, as well as negotiating with suppliers, spear heading a diverse range of commercial projects, and analysing project returns.

You will be part of a team charged with the goal of improving the operation and efficiency of our diverse range of businesses, and on a pathway to a rapidly advancing career. We are looking for candidates who possess the entrepreneurial spirit, commercial awareness and technical ability to make things happen and take our systems to the next level. You’ll also have the charisma, charm and flair to communicate effectively with clients as well as with team members internally in order to make things happen.

We expect the successful candidate to progress quickly and take up one of the most significant positions in the group, so there is plenty of scope for rapid career growth. In addition to this, we also offer support for professional accounting and finance qualifications (CIMA etc).
