We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our established and growing Guest Services Team. Your role would be to provide proactive reception duties, maintaining high level performance, organisation with a corporate approach. This position is based within our serviced buildings at Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill and Hamilton International Technology Park, Blantyre.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver a professional and welcoming environment for occupiers/visitors
  • Managing access control system to the building
  • Provide high level communication to occupiers
  • Statistic Reporting
  • Working with Building Manager and FM Team
  • Handling telephone enquiries

  • Minimum skills required include:

  • Prior experience in a similar role essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible, willing to adapt to new tasks and duties with a positive attitude.
  • Team Player

Hours: Full-Time (Mon-Thu 8:30 to 17.00, and Fri 8:30 to 16:00)
