Role Description
We are looking for an outstanding Head Waiter / Head Waitress to join our front-of-house team.

This is a key floor role for someone who is confident leading a section, setting the tone for service, and consistently delivering a highly polished guest experience. You will be expected to operate with presence, precision, and professionalism at all times, while supporting the wider team and maintaining smooth communication between the floor, kitchen, and management.

You will play an important part in shaping the guest journey from start to finish, ensuring service is seamless, warm, attentive, and executed to a high standard throughout. This is a role for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced premium environment, and genuinely cares about hospitality.
