Vehicle Stripper / Fitter – Body Shop
Location: Enfield
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
Hours: 2:30pm – 11:30pm, Monday to Friday + every other weekend day / PM Shift only

About the Role

We are looking for two experienced Vehicle Strippers / Fitters to join our busy, professional body shop team in Enfield.
This role is ideal for skilled individuals who take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, and can maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Dismantle vehicles efficiently in preparation for repair and painting
• Reassemble vehicles to manufacturer standards after repairs
• Work collaboratively with the body shop team to ensure a smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Identify and report any additional repairs or parts required

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Strip & Fit or mechanical role
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle components and systems
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
