- Support student wellbeing, engagement and retention initiatives, helping students overcome barriers and make the most of their educational opportunities.
Requirements
About You

- A strong communicator who can listen carefully, respond sensitively and provide appropriate guidance.
- Empathetic and understanding, with the ability to recognise when a student may be struggling or require additional support.
- Proactive in identifying concerns, following up with students and helping resolve issues where possible.
- Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accurate records.
- Confident working collaboratively with academic teams and other support services.
- Able to maintain appropriate professional boundaries, handle sensitive information confidentially and recognise when to escalate concerns.
- Positive and solutions focused, with a genuine commitment to improving student wellbeing, engagement and success.
