- Delivering an exceptional student experience – fostering a safe, vibrant and inclusive community.
- Leading and motivating the team – supporting staff training, development and day-to-day operations.
- Driving occupancy and revenue – helping secure bookings, conducting viewings, and working with university partners.
- Supporting site operations – assisting in all aspects of property management, from compliance to maintenance.
- Managing financials – assisting in budget monitoring, rent collection and arrears management.
Who We’re Looking For
We need someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and ready to take on responsibility. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in property, hospitality, or student accommodation management.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
- A passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
- Knowledge of health & safety compliance.
- A flexible, problem-solving attitude and an eye for detail.
What’s in It for You?
At Host, we know that happy teams create the best student experiences. Here’s what you’ll get in return:
- Career growth – we invest in training and development to help you reach your potential.
- A great work culture – friendly, supportive and built on trust.
- A role with purpose – making a real difference in students’ lives.
- Competitive salary & benefits – because great work deserves great rewards.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part time staff)
- Extra day off on your Birthday
- Extra day off annually for volunteering
- Life insurance
- Access to our Employee Assistance Programme
- Plus, all the standard stuff like a pension & cycle to work scheme
