Job Summary

Ethereal Blooms is looking for a talented, creative and highly organised Photographer & Creative Content Executive to join our team. We specialise in luxury, real bio-preserved flowers, creating floral designs and installations for leading hotels, luxury brands, corporate spaces, private clients and superyachts around the world.

We are looking for someone with a strong visual eye who can photograph and film our work beautifully, while also supporting the wider creative and digital presence of the brand. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking a project from initial creative idea through to shooting, editing and publishing.

The position is available on either a part-time or full-time basis, working 24–40 hours per week.

For part-time, the salary will be pro rata and hours may be worked over three or five days to be agreed.

The full-time role will include additional responsibilities, including, but not limited to, supporting the studio team with flower preparation and other tasks as required.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

* Studio photography & videography – planning and producing high-quality imagery and video content of our bouquets, arrangements and products.

* Location photography & videography – capturing our installations and projects at hotels, corporate spaces, events, yachts and other client locations.

* Photo & video editing – producing polished, brand-consistent content for digital, social and marketing use.

* Creative campaign development – proactively pitching concepts for seasonal campaigns, shoots, launches and social content.

* Instagram management – planning, creating and publishing content while maintaining a consistent and elevated visual identity.

* Social media advertising – creating and managing paid social campaigns, particularly across Instagram/Meta, and reviewing campaign performance.

* Canva presentations – creating visually strong presentations, proposals, mood boards and client-facing materials.

* Website maintenance – keeping imagery, products, copy and other website content current and visually consistent.

* Marketing collateral – designing and producing brochures, lookbooks, digital assets, sales materials and other brand collateral.

* Flower preparation – helping prepare, style and arrange products ahead of photography, filming and installations.

About You

You will have a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent photography and visual storytelling skills, with confidence shooting both stills and video.

You should be comfortable working independently, taking creative ownership of projects and bringing ideas to the table rather than simply working from a brief. An understanding of luxury branding, interiors, flowers, fashion, hospitality or lifestyle photography would be particularly valuable.

Experience with Adobe editing software, Canva, Instagram/Meta and Shopify website content management is required.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a refined creative eye, excellent attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for helping develop the visual world of Ethereal Blooms.

Pay: £28,500.00-£33,000.00 per year
