About Enhanced Healthcare

We are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses to work flexible agency shifts across nursing homes and an independent hospital specialising in substance misuse treatment and detoxification.

Our hourly rates range from £25.22 to £44.83, depending on the location, day and type of shift worked.

About the role

As an Enhanced Healthcare Registered Nurse, you may work across nursing and residential care settings or within an independent substance misuse hospital supporting patients undergoing detoxification and treatment.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care
• Completing clinical observations and assessments
• Administering and managing medication safely
• Maintaining accurate clinical records
• Responding appropriately to changes in a patient’s condition
• Supporting individuals with a range of physical, mental health and substance misuse needs
• Working effectively alongside permanent staff and multidisciplinary teams
• Following the policies and procedures of each service

What we are looking for

To register with Enhanced Healthcare, you must have:

• An active NMC registration
• A minimum of six months’ recent UK experience in a relevant nursing role
• A commitment to delivering safe and high-quality nursing care
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• The confidence to work effectively within different healthcare environments
• A professional, reliable and accountable approach
