DESCRIPTION

Are you a passionate video storyteller with a talent for finding the human moments in everyday work? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your creativity can make a real difference to people's lives? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

Amazon's Operations Internal Communications team is looking for a Creative Producer - Video to join our European content team. We tell the stories of 450,000 frontline employees across Europe - the people working every day to serve customers better than ever.

In this role, you'll own video projects end to end - from the first pitch through to publication. Over time, you will take increasing ownership of our editorial direction for video, proactively identifying the stories that bring our strategy to life in ways that are meaningful and relevant to Ops audiences.

That means getting out into Amazon's operational sites and corporate offices to film real stories, leading pre-production and scripting, filming on-site shoots, using motion design tools and delivering polished, platform-ready edits in Adobe Premiere. You may work to crew larger projects where required. You'll bring your knowledge and experience of AI creative tools to the role and demonstrate how they may be applied to our video production process. As a European Creative Producer , you will collaborate closely with our global creative services team to share best practices and assets, manage freelance production crews when required, and help shape the distribution strategies that get our content in front of the right audiences.

We're looking for someone who is as comfortable hands on behind a camera as they are in an edit suite - someone with editorial judgment, a sharp eye for storytelling that connects to our global strategy, and a genuine passion for making content that engages and inspires the people who power Amazon's operations every day.

This position is based on-site in our London Shoreditch office, with regular UK & European travel required.

A Demo reel/ portfolio is required for consideration (roles for each project presented must be specified.)
