Full job description
Our first shop opened in 1981 in Penzance, selling durable clothing to artists and mariners. Today, we’re a modern, data-enabled omnichannel retailer with a growing international presence. We blend heritage with innovation, designing timeliness clothing made from responsibility sourced fabrics, and using technology to improve how we operate, grow and serve customers.
As we scale in the UK and internationally (primarily through third-party partnerships), we’re investing in data, systems and digital capability to support our people and our growth. It’s an exciting time to join us!
As our Partnership Data Assistant, you’ll play an important part in making sure our third party partners have everything they need to showcase our products accurately and on time.
You’ll work closely with teams across partnerships, merchandising, photography, marketing and buying to collect product information, prepare data templates and keep everything up to date for launches. Your work helps ensure that our products appear correctly across partner websites and that customers see clear, consistent information wherever they shop.
This role is a full-time, permanent contract. Please note, as part of our Seasalt Connected approach to ways of working, this role will be based flexibly across our Cornwall head office locations (minimum 40% of working week but the nature of some roles may require more working time in our head offices) and remotely within the UK.
You’ll help us by:
Gathering product details and imagery from multiple systems and preparing partner templates using spreadsheets and internal tools.
Ensuring all product data and images sent to partners are accurate, complete and delivered within agreed timelines.
Sharing weekly updates on upcoming launches with internal teams and partners, flagging any delays or actions required.
Checking partner websites to confirm which items are live and whether product details and descriptions are displaying correctly.
Feeding back any issues or observations to channel merchandising and partnership account teams.
Collecting partner performance or product information and sharing it with the relevant internal teams.
Building positive working relationships across teams involved in the product data and imagery process.
Supporting the wider partnerships team with ad-hoc tasks and project support as needed.
The skills you’ll be sharing with the team:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Google applications.
Proven previous relevant data administration and operations experience preferably from a retail environment or relevant education.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent relationship building skills both internally and externally.
Highly organised and thorough.
Excited by a challenge with the ability to work well in a busy and fast-moving retail environment.
Why we hope you’ll love working with us:
The success of Seasalt is down to the skill and hard work of our team. We don't just want to attract the best and brightest people to come and work with us, we want you to stay and grow with us.
As well as doing everything we can to support your development professionally, we believe encouraging personal growth is just as important. So you can fulfil your passion and purpose, not just at work but in life, we offer a range of benefits that are designed to enhance your career and wellbeing:
Salary: £25,700 (Band 1)
34 days paid annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing with length of service
Attractive 50% employee discount
Flexible benefits allowance to personalise your benefits package
Private Medical Scheme including 24/7 virtual GP
Free access to our Employee Assistance Programme through Retail Trust with 24/7 support
Pension plan with generous 7% employer contributions
Life assurance programme
Enhanced family leave policies
Flexible working opportunities with our hybrid working approach
Learning and Development opportunities
Do Good Things with our two days per year paid volunteering opportunities
Employee networks to develop and provide support to our people, including the Inclusion & Belonging Network
100s of savings on top retailers and gym memberships through our discount hub

We love to celebrate uniqueness and are committed to making Seasalt a place where everyone feels they belong.
