Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected firm of regional solicitors,to recruit a Private Client Paralegal.

Our Private Client team is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated Paralegal with experience in Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney to join us. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who values meaningful client relationships, enjoys taking ownership of their work, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely invests in professional development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own caseload with a focus on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Drafting bespoke Wills that reflect each client’s individual needs and wishes
- Assisting clients with the preparation and registration of LPAs
- Guiding clients clearly and compassionately through every stage of the process
- Supporting the team’s wider business development and contributing to continued growth
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working within a law firm, specifically within Private Client work
- Strong knowledge of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Confidence to progress matters independently
- A warm, client‑focused approach aligned with our Core Values
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
