Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiting Staff to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills within the catering and hospitality industry, working in a lively environment that values teamwork and customer satisfaction. Previous restaurant, bar or food service experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly and courteously
  • Clear tables and assist with setting up for service periods
  • Handle transactions accurately and process payments securely
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
  • Follow food safety regulations and company policies at all times
  • Assist in food preparation tasks when required, supporting the kitchen team as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Skills

  • Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not essential
