Overview

Are you looking for a rewarding role leading groups of children aged 5-11 through engaging, hands-on tech activities? Do you want to earn extra cash while gaining valuable experience in childcare and STEM education? Join us as a Activity Leader at your Local Summer Camps. We will be running at multiple schools in and around Banbury

Teachers, Teaching Assistants, SEN Teachers, University Students and College Students are a great fit for this role.

DATES:

Summer dates (Up to 4 weeks of work):

  • 27th July - 21st August

Shift times: 08.30am- 1.30pm

What you'll be doing:

  • You’ll be responsible for leading a group of 10-15 children through structured tech-based activities, ensuring they’re engaged, learning, and enjoying their experience. Each day, you will lead interactive sessions on Robotics, Minecraft, Coding, Circuitry, and App Creation (all training is provided!)
  • Support and encourage children as they explore new technology and develop problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a fun, inclusive, and safe environment, ensuring all children are involved and engaged.
  • Work alongside a team of enthusiastic educators to create an unforgettable camp experience.
  • Set up, manage, and assist with tech equipment, ensuring activities run smoothly.
  • Encourage teamwork and creativity, helping children build confidence and social skills.
