Seasonal Chef Roles - Isle of Wight – £17–£25 per hour + Accommodation

Want to escape the city, earn great money, and work somewhere beautiful this summer? We're looking for CDPs, Junior Sous, Pastry Chefs, and a Senior Sous Chef for a high-volume, seafood-led restaurant on the Isle of Wight. Accommodation provided.

We are partnering with a premium, high-volume seafood restaurant on the Isle of Wight. They have a strong reputation, a brilliant team, and a very busy summer ahead. We need 2-3 chefs to join them for the season – great hourly rates, accommodation sorted, and a chance to save serious money.

The Restaurant:

  • Seafood-led, high-volume, premium quality
  • Strong reputation – busy summer trade, peaking June/July
  • Excellent team structure – experienced Head Chef and Senior Sous
  • Development kitchen nearby for prep work

What You'll Do:

  • Work around 60 hours per week in peak season
  • 5-day working pattern (some roles currently on 6 days)
  • Season runs to end of October
  • Be part of a core restaurant team of 12-13 chefs (rising to 30-35 in summer)

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong volume experience – you can handle busy service
  • Quality-focused and ambitious
  • Good seafood knowledge is important
  • Happy to work hard over a short period and earn well
  • Open to a seasonal lifestyle – perfect if you're between jobs or leaving London for a few months

Accommodation & Travel:

  • Accommodation provided – £75 per week
  • Shared, good-quality properties – approx 5 mins from restaurant
  • Usually 2-3 people per house, own bedroom
  • Transport support available (minibus)
  • Can bring your own car
  • Ferry costs can be covered
